Booking for each tour or service is done via email which is displayed on the website Easy go Adventure When you make a booking, you do so, on behalf of yourself and others on whose behalf you have booked.You need to provide all preferences and needs including: accommodation, food and transport preferences. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability, you are required to inform us before you confirm your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen tour, health and safety considerations and what, if any, reasonable adjustments are required to be made. In any event, you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking. If any medical problems or disabilities are suffered or arise between the medical declaration being submitted and the departure date, you must notify us immediately. We will threat all information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
The deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the tour. All reservation fees are to be paid directly to Easy Go Adventure official company bank account, written on the invoice. Once reservation fee is received, you are going to receive an official email confirming your pre-paid services and all reservations.
All prices are subject to change due to season currency fluctuation,fuel prices and or unforeseen economic circumstances or errors.
Cancellation by client.Client can cancel the trip at any time. Cancellations must be made by e-mail.The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculation of the cancellation costs +costs of money transfer (if we need to refund).
If a customer cancels a booking, Easy Go Adventures shall keep the following amounts from the full package price:
• up to 29 to 15 days prior to departure 50%
• 14 to 5 days prior to arrival 80%
• 5-0 days prior to arrival 100%
• No show 100%
Cancellation by Easy Go Adventures
We reserve the right to modify the program (in duration or content) or to cancel the program completely in case of force majeure or emergency circumstances that he could not have foreseen, avoided or removed Your full payment will immediately be refunded. But we are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the client-side. By agreement with the Easy Go Adventures , the already paid amount can be used for another program from the offer of the organizer of the trip or the amount paid by you may be transferred to another departure date. Easy Go Adventures has the right to hold up or to stop completely participating in the program in case of not proper participant’s behavior, in particular: systematic breaking of guide’s safety instructions or improper behavior, which decrease the group’s safety. No refunds are given in this situation.
Easy Go Adventures are Obligated to:
• take care about the customers’ rights and interests in compliance with good practices in tourism.
• provide to the customer all the contracted services and to provide answers in case of eventual failure to perform services or a part of services.
• fulfil all the mentioned obligations from its programs completely and as described, except in the event of Force Majeure or changed circumstances. In such cases, Easy Go Adventures shall offer a substitute solution if that is possible. Easy Go Adventures is not obliged to provide services beyond these Terms and Conditions.
The client is obligated to:
• Have valid travel documentation
• Respect and abide by all customs and foreign exchange regulations of the destination country or countries traveling through
• Observe the house rules in hotel/apartment/boat and other facilities, as well as to cooperate with the representative of the organizer and with service providers.
• Client need to provide the essential information about his health condition,chronic diseases, injury, any allergies/ allergies to food or medication that could put him, guide or others safety at risk.
Insurance
In the unlikely case of emergency, participants may, depending upon program location, be liable to any rescue or evacuation costs incurred either on their behalf or as a result of their actions. To avoid these costs, each participant must have an emergency medical expenses insurance. This insurance should cover practice of sport activities, which includes skiing, snowboarding, cat skiing, ski-mountaineering, hiking etc.; and cover emergency helicopter evacuation.
Risk acceptance
Most of the trips we organize take place on the mountain and participating in them carries certain risks. Therefore you are obliged to read the basic parameters and specifications of the tour you choose.The client should be aware of the risks, dangers and hazards associated with participation in wilderness activities activities, and freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom.
Problems & Complaints
If you are unhappy with a service or facility provided in our programs, you should address your complaint immediately to the Easy Go Adventures guide and, if relevant, to the management of the hotel or other supplier whose services are involved, so that Easy Go Adventures will have an opportunity to correct the matter during the program.
If the problem cannot be solved locally however, you must write to us within 30 days of your return to the country of residence, giving your booking information and full details of your complaint.
